Live Nation and Xcel Energy Center present Panic at the Disco.
Review and photos by Kaila Turck
Panic at the Disco’s, “Viva Las Vengeance” tour, came through Saint Paul, Minnesota on Wednesday, September 14 th , 2022. I have seen Panic only once live before this, so I was excited to see them again, as it had been many years in between. Brendon Urie, the now solo founding member thought he was going to take a break in 2019 from writing, but as a creative musician, he can’t stop thinking about all the different kinds of music he wants to make and lyrics to write. So of course, he announced that Panic at the Disco was already writing for a new album. Granted, then with the COVID pandemic gave Urie an even longer time to create the newest Panic! album, “Viva Las Vengeance”, which was just released in August of 2022. From the first-time seeing Panic! At the Disco to now really didn’t feel much different, other than different venues and some member changes. Urie always puts on an energetic show and wears his heart on his sleeve when he performs. He is most definitely a showman of great stature and gives it all on the floor every single time he steps on that stage and for every show. You will never be disappointed in seeing a Panic show, they are sure to get you on your feet and dancing for the entirety of the show.
