Minnesota State Fair – 2026 Grandstand Lineup
Every year when June finally arrives in Minnesota, I always make a point to pause for a moment and recognize how good it feels to be at the front end of summer. This cherished “100-day” season is packed full of overlapping activities and events that unfortunately moves by far too quickly. To cap it all off, we do have one special gathering to look forward to every year at the end of August, which has been voted the best of its kind in the nation. It’s the Minnesota State Fair, see you there!
This year’s 12-day celebration begins on Thursday, August 27TH and runs through Labor Day. The Grandstand is your destination for top talent each night and has been booked to satisfy a wide range of listeners from Pop, Rock and Country, to R&B, Hip-Hop and Gospel. Beyond that, anyone who’s ever been to the Fair could tell you there’s free music being performed every day across the entire scope of the fairgrounds all day long. Pro Tip: search the daily schedule and filter the Category selector to “Live Music” to get informed on what while be taking place during your visit.
