JOURNEY SET TO ROCK GRAND CASINO ARENA OCTOBER 4
Fans of classic rock will have a chance to hear one of the genre’s most recognizable catalogs when Journey takes the stage at Grand Casino Arena on Sunday, Oct. 4.
The concert, part of Journey’s Final Frontier Tour, is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.
Led by longtime guitarist Neal Schon and featuring vocalist Arnel Pineda, Journey is expected to draw heavily from its decades-spanning collection of arena-rock favorites. Songs such as “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Any Way You Want It,” “Faithfully” and “Lights” remain staples of the band’s live performances.

Recent concerts have also featured longtime fan favorites including “Stone in Love,” “Be Good to Yourself,” “Separate Ways,” “Escape” and “Only the Young.” The final setlist for the St. Paul performance will be determined on concert night.
The band’s current touring lineup also includes Jonathan Cain, Deen Castronovo, Jason Derlatka and Todd Jensen.

For concertgoers, organizers recommend arriving early because of traffic and construction in the area. Parking is available in nearby ramps connected to the arena complex.
For many fans, however, the evening will come down to the familiar opening notes of songs that have defined Journey’s place in rock history — and the inevitable singalong when one of the biggest anthems in American rock music begins: “Don’t Stop Believin’.”
