Courtney Barnett – First Avenue – Minneapolis MN – April 26th 2016

89.3 the current and First Avenue present Courtney Barnett.

One of the best up and coming singer song writers comes to First Avenue for a 2 night stand.

She is touring in support of her debut album Sometimes I Sit and Think, Sometimes I Just Sit.

There is huge support all around for her indie 90’s rock style.

Her touring band has Bones Sloane on bass and Dave Mudie on drums.

Stage set up has Courtney on the left, Bones on the left and Dave in the middle. Backdrop is huge curtain.

Throughout the show each song gets a video played on the curtain. From trailing lights, interesting cartoons and all sorts of interesting videos.

She rocked the show each night. Make sure to catch her on this tour, next time around the venues will be much bigger.

Bully opened the show. Another worth while band to check out.
