Whispers

Whispers is a hardcore band out of Bangkok Thailand and this show was their first show in the US. It’s not every day a hardcore band from Thailand plays a show in Minnesota and you could tell Whispers couldn’t be happier to be there! I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a band appear to have as much fun on stage as Whispers did. The crowd for Whispers was insane from start to finish and at one point someone in a full gorilla costume jumped off the stage and into the crowd. Can’t recommend seeing Whispers live enough! (but I suggest watching from the 2nd floor or the very back to be safe)

Speed

Debuting in 2019 out of Sydney Australia, Speed has been a powerhouse in the hardcore scene for years and after seeing them live it’s easy to see why! A Speed show is chaotic, intense, and some of the most fun you will ever have at a show, but it can also be a little dangerous if you stand anywhere close to the stage. When the music playing over the house speakers between sets stopped and before Speed could even play a single note, there were already multiple people running and diving off the stage. When they opened their set with “KILL CAP” the entire venue erupted! Throughout the set the stage diving did not stop and you also had members of Whispers joining Speed on stage for some guest vocals. Speed ended their set with my personal favorite “THE FIRST TEST” and it was the perfect song to end a crazy but fun night.
