Soccer Mommy delivered a stunning performance at First Avenue on March 13, 2025, proving once again why Sophie Allison’s songwriting continues to resonate so deeply. Touring in support of her latest album, Evergreen, the setlist leaned heavily on new material, with tracks like “Silver Lining” and “Forget Me” showcasing her signature mix of shimmering melodies and raw emotional depth. But longtime fans were also treated to a handful of older favorites, including “Your Dog” and “Circle the Drain”.

Opening the show, Hana Vu set the tone with her dreamy, atmospheric sound. Her set floated between hazy indie rock and ethereal synth-pop, pulling the crowd into a hypnotic groove before Soccer Mommy took the stage. The pairing was perfect—both artists creating lush, immersive soundscapes in their own distinct ways.

By the time Soccer Mommy closed the night, the crowd was fully in sync with Allison’s heartfelt performance, solidifying Evergreen as another triumph in her growing discography.
