MUSIC AT THE FAIR | DAY 3 – ATMOSPHERE – ST. PAUL, MN – AUGUST 23, 2025
The theme for the first Saturday at the Minnesota State Fair was 4-H Day. It was the busiest day so far and is a good choice to have the focus be on developing children with so many families present.
The music offering at the Grandstand was The Current’s Music on a Stick show, featuring the popular Minnesota Hip Hop group, Atmosphere. Also included were the legendary Cypress Hill along with Lupe Fiasco and DJ Abilities to round out the solid lineup.
It also kicked off the strongest 2-day lineup at The Bandshell, which included New Orleans piano phenom Jon Cleary & the Absolute Monster Gentlemen, Oklahoma’s Jason Scott & the High Heat and our own Sweet Colleens. Arrested Development headlined the stage with a spirited performance.
