Bon Jovi – Xcel Energy Center – St. Paul MN – March 27th 2017
Xcel Energy Center presents Bon Jovi.
It’s about every 3 or 4 years he swings through town. In support of his latest creation This House is not For Sale.
Setlist was heavily on the new album with 6 songs coming off his latest release.
The stage was at the end of the X with tickets being sold all around so there was not a bad seat in the house.
Jon kept to the front of the stage most of the night with his signature moves and only ventured out a couple of times all around the stage. He and the band were in great spirits all night.
I personally prefer when Richie was in the band, but as it was crowded from top to bottom no one seemed to mind.
It was good to see that someone can still capture that concert party time still from the eighties. I think everyone I saw had 2 beers in their hands. The show was over two and a half hours and had hits from almost every album.
Over all an awesome time seeing Jon after not seeing him since 1989 on the New Jersey tour.
