On August 18th, 2016, Minneapolis’ iconic First Avenue became the epicenter of an electrifying surprise. Avenged Sevenfold created a night to remember for fans lucky enough to be there. The surprise pop-up show was a testament to the band’s dedication to their fans.

Word of the show spread quickly through social media.  Fans flocked to First Avenue, filling the venue with palpable excitement. The energy was electric as the crowd eagerly anticipated what was about to unfold. When Avenged Sevenfold finally hit the stage, the response was deafening. Opening with “Nightmare,” the band immediately set the tone for an intense and unforgettable night.

This show was a precursor to the Metallica show they were a part of two nights later at US Bank Stadium.
